Description

Howleen, wanting everyone to notice her decides to build a sign with her name in lights. When she gets herself and the ghouls in detention ( where they have to clean the attic of the school) she finds the lantern containing Gigi. Howleen finds out that she's not just granted 3 but 13 wishes. Howleen is buzzing now, and she wants to start helping her friends make their screams come true. But things do not turn out as expected, and for every wish made something bad happens to the school. Can the ghouls undo all these wishes in time?
