They say being promoted is supposed to be wonderful; you get a pay raise, better hours, a new desk, and even better healthcare. What they don't tell you is that there's always an agenda behind it that the promotee never sees coming.

That's what happened when best-friends-since-childhood-turned-cops Rion and Auston came into work one morning and were slapped in the face with promotions and transferred to the forbidden district – also known as Precinct Four.

The phrase 'Surrounded by idiot's' has never been more true than the moment they step into their new workplace and meet each detective and the criminal's they catch. Mental retardation soon becomes an occupational hazard along with endless sarcasm and a severe alcohol addiction.

Toss a few love triangles and a couple feuding crime lords into the mix and you got yourself a one way ticket to hell on Satan's yacht. Strap on your helmets and lick the windows, kids. Shit just got real.
