Description

Louis Tomlinson (17) still self harms, like he has for the past 3 years.
The only person who knows is his best friend Niall, because he's too afraid to tell his boyfriend, Harry, thinking that he might be disappointed in Louis.

I felt the cold air rushing onto the cut I made.

I don't know why I still do it. I guess it's become more of a habit than a comfort mechanism.  So I just keep doing it whenever I feel the urge.
I mean I don't feel the same way that I did 3 years ago when I started; I'm a generally happier person now.

I just love the feeling I get from it.

The adrenaline rush it gives me.

A quiet knock on the door startled me, making me drop the x-acto knife. 

"Hey, Lou, it's me," the familiar voice whispered.

I sighed in relief. "Come on in Niall."

The door slowly creaked open, revealing the blonde boy who I had been friends with since year 4.

My wrist was still propped up on my desk, the blood dripping onto the white top.

He saw the knife on the ground, lying below my chair. He just walked over and gave me a hug, his hand holding the fresh cut on my wrist. "You have to stop Lou. Please."
