A A A A

As Emily started walking away, Victor slowly broke from Victoria.

"Wait! I made a promise." he told Emily, and she stopped in her tracks and turned around to face him.

"You kept your promise. You set me free." Emily replied. She then slid the ring off her finger and placed it in Victor's right hand closing his fingers around it. "Now I can do the same for you." She smiled and turned to walked away again.

The breeze swept pass her. Her veil blowing in the wind. She lifted her head and felt it with a smile while Victor and Victoria watched her go.

Then, she stopped again and threw back her bouquet of flowers, hoping for Victoria to catch it, but instead into anothers. But once again it was thrown backwards and into Victoria's awaiting arms making Emily smile.

Slowly, once again, she continued walking with the small wind blowing her veil back. One by one a butterfly became a part of her and began to fly away. She was glowing bright and was moving on, off to a new start. As Victor and Victoria watch the butterflies fly away into the night sky, he wrapped his left arm around Victoria's shoulders.

The next day, after a good nights sleep in the church, Victoria awoke in Victor's arms. A smile crept on her face. She had thought yesterday was a dream, but Victor's handsome face just inches away confirmed it was all real. Victor awoke a few minutes after to see beautiful Victoria staring straight back into his eyes. He leaned in and kissed her forehead and then furrowed his eyebrows in thought.

"Victoria?" he asked.

"Yes?" she mumbled.

"Are we... Are we still getting m... married?"

"Well of course! If you'd like to that is..."

"Then... let's do it now." Victor smiled really wide at her.

"Are you sure?" she questioned.

"I've never been so sure in my life!" Without a second more he jumped up pulling her with her to the front of the church.

Victor lifted his right hand, "With this hand, I will lift your sorrows."

He lifted the cup, "Your cup will never be empty, for I will be your wine."

Candle, "With this candle, I will light your way into darkness."

Lastly, the ring, "With this ring, I ask you to be mine."

Victoria smiled at him nodding her head. The ring was slid onto her finger. This time there weren't any mess ups. He remembered all the lines in order and didn't drop the ring or accidently almost burn her mother.

Their faces crept towards each other and their eyelids fluttered closed. It felt like their hearts filled with cotton candy or clouds. Truly they felt blissful. They pulled back and their eyelids opened to look at each other smiling.

"Come." Victor pulled Victoria to a piano and started playing the song he was playing before his first encounter with her. She sat next to him and watched him play with such passion and beauty. Her eyes closed again and she focused on the beautiful melody floating in her ears. When the song was slowing to a stop, she opened her eyes to look at him and the satisfied grin on his face. He turned to her and in that moment remember what she had said the day before. That she wanted to play, but her mother refused to let her.

After contemplating for a few seconds he finally asked her if she would like to learn. Enthusiastically she said yes while nodding her head and he chuckled at her cuteness.

The whole day was filled with him teaching her the language of music. Each note on a piano with a story and sound to it, and each dynamic as well. Victoria was learning piano and by each hour after she was learning a new song. After all those hours of learning and playing, she had yawned. Seeing this, Victor yawned as well.

"Are you tired? Would you like to sleep?" he asked softly.

"I want to keep playing." she whined.

"The piano will always be here tomorrow. Come on."

Before falling asleep, Victor watched her fall asleep in his arms and kissed her. "Sweet dreams..." he whispered softly and fell asleep as well. That night they both slept on the piano and awaited for more memories that were to await them in the future.
