A A A A

It was year 945 and we held a ceremony funeral for Lady Hae. Althroughout the ceremonial funeral, tears were escaping my eyes. Lady Hae, I'm not yet ready to face a life with Wook. What if it's not Wook who I want to be with? I asked that in my mind. But I did not hope for an answer, Lady Hae please be happy up there now.

"Hey, Chu Eunha. You're drunk already." Baek-ah said as he looked at the happy drunk Eunsol in front of him. Flailing her arms around the arm and doing howls.

"Be quiet Eunha!" Baek-ah scolded her. Baek-ah wanted to be disappointed at Wook and wanted to be mad at Eunha. But what he and Eunha had is too much for him to be mad at her. Besides, Baek-ah treats Eunha as his real sister.

"What are.....you saying oppa?" Eunha closed her eyes and swayed her body from left to right.

"Oppa? What does 'oppa' mean?" Baek-ah asked, confused.

"Ahhhhh....that's nothing." Eunha giggled. Baek-ah found her amusing now.

"You know, if you love someone you should tell them straight away! If I were you, I'd grab them!" I exaggerated the word 'grab' and made a grabbing motion with her hands. Baek-ah was chuckling.

"What do you do when you finally grab hold of the person you love?" Baek-ah asks. Then I quickly answered.

"I never let them go anymore." I answered.

It was suddenly quiet between us. I rested my head on the wooden table with a loud thud.

"Before Lady Hae passed away, she told me something." I said.

"What did she tell you?" Baek-ah asks.

"That I suppose to make pillows for Wook, that I make meals for him. She must have sensed that Wook must have liked me. But I don't knooooow. I just got here!" I giggled.

"You just got here? What do you mean?" Baek-ah asked.

For a moment, my blood ran cold. I was this close to telling Baek-ah that she came from another time and another place.

"I just got back in the Palace from Damiwoooon, remember? Ouch!" Baek-ah flicked her finger on my forehead.

"You say a lot of nonsense Eunha. You need to get some rest. I better call Ji-ae." But before Baek-ah could leave, I grabbed his hand.

"Drink some moreeee!" I whined.

Baek-ah agreed that we drink another bottle of white alcohol. But as moments pass, the one bottle of white alcohol suddenly became two then three. It was until then that me and Baek-ah passed out on the floor. Sleeping soundly in the veranda of the palace.
