A A A A

Myranda is a strawberry blonde haired girl, she had a gift when it came to animals.

On this fine evening, it was her turn to make the dinner, like the little Canadian country girl that she was, she decided to make a Canadian dish for dinner, a poutine sided with fish 'n chips, it was time for her to make something she thoroughly enjoyed.

"I wonder what Myranda's baking, she always makes the best homemade desserts." Cole said.

"Her cooking can rival Zane's." Jay said.

Then she came back with ten plates filled with poutine and fish 'n chips.

"Oh my, that looks delicious!" Lloyd told her.

"Poutine!" Gabriella exclaimed.

"What?" Cole asked.

"This dish is called a poutine, I just added the fish 'n chips 'cause I felt like it." Myranda told them.

Although they didn't know what poutine was, Lloyd didn't hesitate to eat and was quite shocked to find out how delicious it was.

Lloyd, Myranda and Gabriella finished their dinner first, Myranda had to return to the kitchen to bake the dessert.

Unbeknownst to Myranda, Lloyd had followed her.

Once they were in the kitchen, Myranda had started setting up her work place, she hadn't noticed her boyfriend watching her work with interest.

Actually, he was watching her butt sway as she walked, she was singing quietly, Lloyd quickly recognized the song she was singing as it was his favorite song.

"And then with a little luck
We might just get stuck
Let's get a little mud on the tires!" Myranda sang with that country slang Lloyd likes.

She was already almost done, all she has to do is wait for the lava cakes to cook which took sixteen minutes.

When she finished , she was spun around to face her boyfriend.

She laughed, "how long have you been in here?"

"Since you've started baking the dessert." Lloyd shrugged, his emerald green eyes had a glint of mischief, yet his gaze on her was gentle as it mixed well with her compassionate and childish gaze.

Meanwhile in the dining room, Jay noticed that Lloyd had left his phone behind, "Guys, Lloyd left his phone!"

"Please don't do anything stupid, Jay." Gabriella mumbled.

Jay smirked as he turned on the small device, Lloyd had forgotten to set up a password so Jay started browsing freely, he only opened YouTube Music and started snickering.

"He has a full playlist of country songs, the playlist is called 'For Myranda'." Kai chortled as he glanced over at the screen.

"Guys, honestly." Nya started, but they didn't listen to her, they booted up the Bluetooth system and connected it up on the kitchen light.

"What song should we play from the country playlist?" Kai asked.

"Who's Carrie Underwood?" Cole asked.

"A female country artist that mostly sings revenge songs and in case you haven't noticed that playlist is filled with Myranda's favorite songs." Gabriella stated.

"Ooh play that one!" Jay said and pressed on the song entitled I Don't Dance.

Myranda turned her head to the light on the kitchen ceiling, having heard the beginning of one of her many favorite songs, her pet dog, Loki, was just laying near the oven, watching.

Only four minutes to the timer was remaining, they didn't really know what they should do with those remaining minutes, but the slow song the others have put was progressing, Myranda hooked her arms around Lloyd's neck and he hooked his around her waist as they started slow dancing in the kitchen, not even realizing that Jay was filming.

Myranda laughed in the kitchen light with Lloyd's left feet telling her he can't dance, in this case Myranda couldn't either, but at least she had a bit of practice.

"You know, I don't dance." Myranda giggled.

When the song had ended, they looked lovingly into each other's eyes, only to be abruptly interrupted by Myranda's timer telling her the lava cakes were ready.

Jay had scurried off to his seat before Lloyd even noticed he was there.

"I'll be back in a bit." Myranda whispered to him, Lloyd simply nodded and left the kitchen.

Lloyd walked in the dining room only to find his friends squealing like little girls over a video Jay was showing them.

"What are you guys squealing about?" Myranda asked, walking in with a large tray filled small plates that had each a lava cake.

Lloyd managed to catch a glimpse of what Jay was showing them.

"You're lucky I'd rather eat right now." Lloyd told Jay.

Myranda however snatched the phone and a chase started in the Monestary, which ended with Jay snatching his phone back and the video was never deleted.

Myranda returned to the dinner table in defeat and quietly ate her dessert.

Although that evening was chaotic for lack of better term, Myranda and Lloyd agreed to slow dance again in a quiet area and not in a kitchen.
