The Awakening

The nurses eyes widened in disbelief. They all rushed to exit the room, heading towards the check up room.

The door bursts open, revealing nurses panting heavily. One of them gulped,"Doc! Ann moved!" All of the people on the room looked at them, confusion in their eyes.

The Doctor shook his head,"Impossible." He says, all of a sudden, a lady came into the room, sobbing. "Edward! What kind of doctor are you! You promised to do everything to wake up my daughter, now you're telling me its impossible?! Are you kidding me?!" The lady cried, tears started to escape her eyes, she misses her daughter, without her, she turned pale, she became skinny, four years, four years are more than enough to stop her from believing her daughter will be awake.

The doctor sighed, he stood up, leaving the room, but before he left, he hesitated, turned back and looked at his patients and said,"I will be back, please excuse me." then left.

Anns eyes slowly parted, she inhaled, she can breathe, she can breathe! It is a miracle! Before Ann could resemble where is she or what are she doing there, she remembered what happened 'yesterday', or so she thought. Water, water everywhere, water reaching her nose, she struggled, trying to swim up, to no avail, her hands was cuffed to the yacht, Ann tried to held her breath, but slowly and slowly, she loses her oxygen. Ann looked up, she saw a huge stone coming to her, she smiled, she thought someone will pull her up the shore, but when the stone reached her, she was brought to the deepest part of the ocean, her head banged to a reef, blood rushing out. Then there, she lost air. Unconscious.

Ann stood up in fear, she was shaking, her whole body trembling, she doesn't want that to happen to her again. As if by cue, the door bursts open, revealing ladies and a man on white, which resembled to be a doctor.
