The Push and Pull' the Dark and Light

 

He is broad noble daylight, but

 

she is the imperial being

 

glittering in the majestic darkness

 

he is pivotal in humanity's survival,

 

yet he is dependent on her

 

he brightens up the day,

 

but she shines exquisitely throughout the night

 

he is brave, courageous,

 

she is sweet and caring

 

she provides glistening Claire de Lune, while

 

controlling the never ending tides

 

he prays “Prithee” that one day they

 

will be together, that they will finally

 

become a single entity in love,

 

but until that day,

 

he is content watching from afar,

 

basking in her breathtaking beauty
