February 11, 2012.

 

I'm on a journey too a boy's house.

But, I have a boyfriend?

You must think I'm totally bonkers for wandering off to another boy's house.

The thing is, is that I have never even met this boy. Ha, my pupils are already in heart shapes for a boy I've never met. But, this boy is different. He's captivated my love with only the bitter-sweet sound of his voice and eye-enchanting photos. I'm curious of what love feels like, what love looks like, what love really is. I'm getting lured in by what? Could it be a strong grasp of love?

I'm just going to mentally block out the fact that I have a boyfriend, while I'm at the movies tonight sitting next to a boy that I've been wanting too call my sweetheart for a couple days now. Yes, it's only been days since i found out about this boy. My emotions for him are uncontrollable.

It's around 8pm. I was accompanied by my friend Minji. She's blabbering about my double-crossing plan to take a different boy to the movies as we're on the way to Dallas's home.

"Jacey?! Are you out of your mind?! You've already cheated on Aden once and now again?!" clamors Minji.

"Minji! I told you that I'm done with Aden I just don't want to break his heart three days before Valentine's Day!" I proclaimed.

"You're such a two-timer! haha!" she chuckled, as she nudged my shoulder.

"If I actually loved the guy I wouldn't be betraying him right now, you know." I declared with all seriousness.

"Give Aden a break, Jace. You've already deceived him once and now again. Just break up with him!" She bellowed.

"I am Minji, I'm just waiting until after Valentines Day to put an end to our relationship. No one longs for a heart break right before Valentines Day." I stated with a blank look on my face.

"That's true. So you really have feelings for this Dallas guy, huh?" She questioned.

"Yes, I do." My cheeks thrilled with a pink tone as I looked away from Minji. "There's just something about him that makes butterflies buildup in my stomach, it's a crazy feeling. I wish you only knew how I felt about him Minnie!" I voiced out in cheerfulness.

"I hope this guy is worth the trouble, you know how much of a dramatic scene it caused the last time you lead on Aden" She scolded me as she crossed her arms.

"Aha, I know." I murmured as i rolled my eyes.

We arrived at Dallas's house a couple moments after we ended our chit-chat. I immediately dialed his number after we stopped the vehicle.

"Hey!" I shrieked through the phone. "Are you guys ready yet?! Minji and I are waiting in the car outside!"

"Okay. We'll be out in a minute, girl." He said to me in a dreamy tone.

The call ended. I twirled my fingers anxiously as I squealed with excitement, ready to meet Dallas.

"MINJI!!" I cried as goose bumps wildly rushed throughout my body.

"I'm breathless right now. I'm having a mini heart attack! Come save me Minnie!" I giggled as I jokingly grinned.

"Haha! why!?" She snickered as she gave me a puzzled look.

"Because my heart is thumping out of my chest!" I blurted out as I cupped my hands over my face and smiled behind them.

Minji got quiet and I drew my hands away from myself. I suddenly sharpened my looks towards the front door of the house. The entryway opened as my eyes dazzled in a glossy fashion.

Dallas and his friend Zachary suddenly came into our view as I looked him up and down multiple times, my cheeks completely flushed with a rosy red tint .

He opened the car door and hopped inside, followed by Zach.

My face is crimson red, sitting motionless, my eyes still facing forward. He's now sitting next to me in the back seat. We're shoulder to shoulder, and hip to hip.

It was momentarily silent until Dallas looked into my eyes and gave me an utterly handsome smirk.

"What movie are we watching?" He directly questioned me.

"Chronicle." I quietly spoke as I nervously fiddled with my fingers.

He looked at me and gave me a fetching smile. "Okay, haha." He laughed as I turned my head away and shyly giggled under my breath.

Between Dallas and I, we only spoke to our buddies that we tagged along with. But sadly, not to each other. Both of us were privately talking amongst our friends. Unable to look into eachother's eyes to engage a decent conversation because of our bashful emotions.

The car came to a stop and there it was, the Jaxon 10 movie theatre. Finally! I get to spring out of the vehicle and observe what he looks like without having to take a sneaky glace over at him while in the car.

Dallas stood adjacent to me as he got out of the vehicle. In the corner of my sight i see his eyes fixiated on me, I bite my lip and look upward as I give him a blushful grin.

I gave Gabrielle a crazed type of look when Dallas and Zach wern't watching and wriggled my nose. "I told you I was short!" I muttered to him as we walked towards the theatre.

"It's cute." he said aloud in a gutsy voice.

I paused as a sweat gland ran down my temple. I rubbed the back of my head skittishly and replied, "Thanks, Dallas." while bashfully smiling and looking back at him.
