A Surprise For The New Couple

John looked at the message over and over again.

John's mind still couldn't wrap around the topic.

 

What did he mean by that.

 

He decided not to message Dave and he pulled up the messages between Jade and him.

 

John i'm so sorry

i didn't know what to say

please don't get mad at me

because he just said congrats on the relationship

i didn't know what to say and before i could think i told him that

at least i didn't tell him that you like him...

but insted of telling him the rest i told him you kissed me back and we

just sort of became a thing

He closed out of that conversation and pulld up his and Dave's, slowly breathing.

Why does she keep telling him things before telling her fake boyfriend.

 

I will never understand that girl.

 

John heard a knock at his door and told the person to enter.

 

Jade walked in and started saying sorry again and again.

 

"Wow Jade calm down. Like I said, it's okay." he told her, trying to get her to calm down.

 

"It's not that. I kind of told him that we're on a date." She said backing away a bit.

 

"I know, he told me that too. And like I just said, it's fine." He told her, making sure she wasn't just going to run away or something.

 

"Well, umm. I'm already upset about lying for the first part. So it all doesn't seem fake, do want to go somewhere and hang out. You know, to cover the lie." She said, brushing her hair out of her eye's.

 

"Um, sure. To cover up the lie. Well where do you want to go? I think there's that new disney movie out now, what's it called?" John said, trying to think of the name.

 

"Oh! Are you talking about Frozen? Yeah I want to see it! Come one let's go!" She said, pulling him out of his room and to the movie theater.

 

That made john chuckle a bit.

 

They get to the movies and John buys the tickets while Jade went to get snacks.

 

She comes back holding what seemed to be impossible amounts popcorn, candy, and two large sodas.

 

"How are you even holding all of that?!" John said when he seen her.

 

"I have no clue how, but I do know that I'm about to drop all of it. Help me?" she said while stuggling to hold it all up.

 

John quickly grabbed half of it and they walked down to the doors where the movie was playing.

 

Before the walked in, John spotted Dave walking towards them.

 

"Hurry, get inside now! I see Dave!" He said, while pushing her in.

 

But with their luck, Dave went there to see the same movie.

 

For ironic reasons.

 

After Jade and John sat down, they ducked below their seats, hoping Dave didn't see them.

 

Dave then walked over to a seat on the other side of the theater and didn't notice them.

 

John let out the large breath of air he was holding in and sat up.

 

Dave was in the front and they were in the back.

 

They went through the whole movie without being seen, even when Dave got up to use the bathroom there.

 

As soon as it was over though, John and Jade quickly grabbed their trash and left the room.

 

They went to go throw it all away when they heard their names being called out.

 

Shit. So close.

 

They turned around and seen Dave waving at them, John waved back as he was slowly trying to leave. Holding onto Jade's other hand as he did so.

 

But Dave ran up to them.

 

"Het what's up?" Dave said as he caught up to them.

 

"We uh, just got done watching a movie. You?" John said as he wished he could just disapear.

 

"Same. I hope I wasn't butting in on what looked like you two almost smooching it up over here." Dave said with a small laugh following.

 

"No No No! we weren't going t-" Jade started to say but she was cut off by Dave.

 

"Oh come on, I now it was going to happen. Don't mind me and just do it already, it's not like it will be your first kisses." Dave said with an eyebrow wiggle, slightly over his glasses.

 

Both Jade and John were standing their, not knowing if they should or not. 

 

You know, to cover up the lies.

 

But before anyone said anything, Dave pushed their faces together and made them kiss. Apperently thinking that they weren't going to.

 

John was shocked and held his hands up about as high as his waist went.

 

Jade held her hands in fists while they were down at her sides.

 

Dave then let go after about a minute and they separated from each other, both shocked and blushing.

 

Dave chuckled and said bye as he walked away.

 

"I- um.. That was unexpected." John said, trying to laugh off the situation.
 

"Heheh, yeah.. Uh, it was. I guess..." Jade said, looking down at the ground as she took a step back from him.

 

"Well, I think I'm going to go now, see ya around Jade." John said as he waved at her, walking away.

 

"Bye John..." she said, even though he was too far for him to hear her.

 

 

John got home and ran up to his room, not saying anything to his dad.

 

He sat at his computer and looked at new messages.

 

He got one from Dave and another one from one of the trolls.

 

He decided to look at the second one before he wanted to talk to Dave.
