~ A Run in with Fate ~

     He was not your average teenage nerd. He was a nerd that even the nerds dissliked. The one kid who was to afraid to do anything, too afraid to sign up for clubs, to sign up for math competitions, to even be friends with the lunch lady. (He actually was but she didn't really like him t,t ) Too add insult to injury, he was bullied constantly at school. In other words, he was miserable, and he had nobody to really talk to. His Mom was too busy at work and his Dad was also. All he could do was study and hope for a better future.

     Meanwhile, She was an scene girl who constantly dyed her hair into various colors of the rainbow, but never more that two, black and some other color. But even though she seemed "happy" with her friends, deep inside her heart was in turmoil. Her mom had just divorced her dad and she had to choose between them. She was also failing alot of her classes. And she felt that she was never going to find someone that would fall in love with her.

     She was having a panic attack on that fatefull autumn day. He was headed out of the park. Trying to get away from the bullies. He turned a corner and -

     *Bam*

     Oh god, im so sorry, I didn't see you.

     Don't worry he said as he turned.

     Wait. She didn't really understand why she said that. She looked for an excuse to talk to him. Even if nobody really cared about him, she felt like he would understand her in someway.

     Yeah? He turned and noted who it was. He was walking with his head down but when he looked up, he noticed who it was. It was the girl next to his locker, the one with the Purple and Black Hair. She never talked to him, why would she talk to her now?

     You're the kid next to my locker, aren't you? She asked

     Yeah.. He responded.

     And their conversation began. Turns out, they had alot in common, and alot of contrasts. But they became friends. And they both enjoyed each other's company.
