At first Magnus didn't question why Alec refused to go back to the Institute. He wanted to ask what was happening but seeing Alec every morning pushed that thought to the back of his mind each time.
Then it occured to him.
"Alec, dear, you need to face your parents." Magnus said, bracing himself for an answer that would knock him off his feet literally. Telling Alec this while he had a large, thick, leather bound book in his hand wasn't the best idea that came to mind.
Alec did flinch but kept his hands to himself, closing his eyes to keep himself calm. "They won't look at me the same."
"They're your parents, Alec. Even if they don't show it on the outside, they'll love you on the inside." Magnus moved a bit closer when he decided he wasn't in danger of being hit to continue. "I'll go with you. This was bound to happen sometime."
"You promise that you'll come?" the Shadowhunter asked, hopeful.
"Of course."

Each drabble is so cute!! To sum up--each is this lovely goodie bag of heaven that I could never imagine from a non-Asian fandom! I'm way too used to Korean fanfics /sob
And N1ghtshade, that poster is love. Although, I hadn't realized that Magnus is Asian in the movie...how did I miss that in the trailer?!
