1. It seems that most of the advancements in technology have been harnessed for educational purposes, what is your take on this?

- I believe that one of the best ways that people can use technology is harnessing its powers to further education in general.

It is a good thing that instead of being a distraction or hindrance, technology is being used to help in education. Like any other tool, modern technology can be a double0edged sword that can work for or against any cause.

In this case, it is being used to push education forward so it is a good thing as long as it is done with moderation.

2.  How do you envision your classroom with technology mediation?

- In the future, I envision that in my classroom there would be a surround sound theater system and a wide screen connected to a touch screen computer that would replace the regular whiteboard/chalkboard. The students will also have their own laptops (which will be remotely monitored just to make sure that they aren't just playing or wandering idly on facebook instead of using it to aide learning) with a very  reliable internet connection. Also, it would be great if we were allowed one paid account for everyone's usage to access journals that require payment.
