Chapter 14: Not Them Again! Huh? AHH! A Little Help Won’t Hurt!

 

Ahem, ahem. Narrator talking – Previously back on ‘Nothing more than a Pokémon adventure’ Xiaoling, her guides; Ash, Dawn and Brock, had decided to chill out or took a break and went to ‘Poké Latte Café’ for a treat. On the way they remembered they don’t have money. The boss of the café had turned out to be an old friend of Xiaoling! He offered a room for them to stay for the day AND free food!

But they had eaten so much they were tired and stuffed and decided to take a nap or should we say SLEEP!! What day will they have in front of them??

Our adventurers have been sleeping and their time has passed after a day of eating and sleeping.

 

       -Next day-

The sun was rising and the sun stood high in the sky. The moon was moving on to its next duty. Clouds were appearing. It was going to be another bright day.

DING!!!!! DING!!!!!!

Xiaoling’s alarm clock went off.

RING!!! RING!!!!

Ash’s alarm went off.

LALALA! LALALA! WAKE UP!! LALALA! ~

Dawn’s alarm went off.

BRING! BRING!

Brock’s alarm went off.

DING! RING! DING! LALALA! WAKE UP! DING! BRING! BRING! RING! LALALA! WAKE UP! DING!

Their alarm clocks rang altogether making a racqueting sound waking them up. “ARH! SHUT UP!!!” Xiaoling said slamming her hand on the alarm clock stopping it to ring. DIN-! Xiaoling’s alarm stopped.

“UHHH!! Huh? What time? Pikachu!!” Ash shouted and got up to stop his alarm clock.  RIN-! Ash’s has stopped.

LALALA! “AHH! Nice sleep!” Dawn sat up from her bed and stopped her alarm clock. WAKE U-! “Ahh, no more sound."

“HUH? Come on, time to get up!” Brock said stretching his arms and yawning. BRI-! Brock’s stopped.

All four opened their door AT the same time and came out. “Morning!” Dawn said.

“Morning all. Morning Pikachu….” Ash said.

“Mmmmm. Hungry. Huh? Oh, *yawning* morning!” Xiaoling said walking to a chair and stretching her arms.

“….*Yawn* Morning Ash, Dawn, Pikachu….Xiaoling” Brock muttered. Then suddenly he shouted, “GUYS!!! Let’s get ready. I’ll make hot cakes (a.k.a pancakes)!”

“Or we can order them.” Ash said. “Pika, pika.” Pikachu said.

“Great! I want first pancakes!” Xiaoling said and ran to her room to get change. (she choose the master bedroom one. so she has bathroom. Dawn’s also borrowing it too. Guys have the other. :) )

“Dawn please wait I’m using the bathroom soon.” Xiaoling shouted. “Sure.” Dawn muttered.

“HUH? She has a bathroom?” Ash and Brock asked together.

“Yeah sure, she picked the master bedroom.” Dawn replied.

“NO FAIR!” Ash wailed.

“SHHH, Ash! Xiaoling did manage to get us free stuff.” Brock muttered.    -___-

“And did we mention twice!” Dawn stated.   *-*

“BUT! Hmm… I guess.” Ash said. T-T   “PIKA!” Pikachu said tugging on Ash’s pants.

The door of Xiaoling’s room opened. “Hey Dawn. I’m done; you can use the bathroom now. ^-^” Xiaoling said. =_____= +_____+   ^_____^    “Ahhh…... What’s wrong?”

“Nothing.” Brock said and walked away.  “Heh, heh…” Ash said. Also walking away.

“Huh?” –Xiaoling.  Dawn shrugged and walked in and went towards the bathroom. “Okay…….. So after-”

“Hey. Where did you get those clothes?” Ash asked.

“Why? I got them from those people I met.” Xiaoling replied with a blank-so-what-confused expression. -_-?

“Ju-just curious…” Ash stuttered.

“Okay! ^-^”

“So, should I start making hot cakes?” Brock said.

“Sure, I’ll order some other stuff. First after we all get ready then we can start our plan for the day.” Xiaoling said.

Brock and Ash nodded their heads and started getting ready.

       -Time Skip  (Author-wow. How many ‘time skips’ does this story need?)-

“Ahh! That feels great!” Dawn said and walked out and opened the door to the lounge. Hot cake smell wafted towards her. “This smell great.”

“HI DAWN!” Xiaoling shouted and jumping out from her seat.

“Huh? Hi.”

Then another door opened; it was the door of the shared bathroom. Brock came out. “Huh? I thought Ash was going in.”

“Huh? I finished a little while ago.” Ash said from the sofa.

I’ve must’ve been in the bath a little longer than I thought. Dawn thought *sweat dropped*.

“Hey, Dawn, you’ve been in there quite a while. But don’t worry they don’t know that.” Xiaoling whispered into Dawn's ear.

She read my mind. Dawn thought. “And I don’t read minds.” Xiaoling added and walked back to her seat. She-she can read minds!!!

“Hey guys, let’s have breakfast. Hot cakes and-” Brock said.

“We need drinks! What do you guys want?” Xiaoling asked.

“I dunno.” Brock, Ash and Dawn said.

“Okay! Let’s have orange and apple juice and I’ll order some other stuff.” Xiaoling shouted and jumped from her seat and ran towards the phone thingy magigie. (Yes, that’s right folks; I still don’t know what the thingy is called!! Ha ha!) Xiaoling started dialling and answering and muttering things. “Yeah, yeah. Yup! That’s right. Yes I want that. Yes that’s correct……………… “

“I wonder what she asked.” Ash whispered.

“I dunno.” Dawn replied.

“No I didn’t want that. No. Yes. Yup that’s all I want. Okay thanks. Huh? Yeah I wanted------. No not that------drink. Bye!” Xiaoling said. (BTW- the ------ is parts where Ash, Brock and Dawn couldn’t hear) “okay guys fin-ished!”

 “Okay…”

*Inhaling and sniffing* “Mmmm. I smell hot cakes, that I’m sure is great!” Xiaoling shouted.

Xiaoling walked over to her seat and sat down. “Here you go.” Brock said handing her a plate with hot cakes. “YUM!” Xiaoling said and started digging in her plate of food. Ash, Brock and Dawn sweat dropped. 

Brock started handing them each a plate and one for him. Then he handed Pokémon food for all their Pokémon.

DING!

“The door. I’ll get it.” Xiaoling shouted and ran to open the door.

“Hello. These are your foods that you ordered.” A voice said.

“Thanks.” Xiaoling said, and pulled the food trolley in. “Bye!” She closed the door and went in. “Here you go. What do you guys want? I bags apple juice!” Xiaoling said.

“I want orange!” Brock and Ash said.

“Then I want apple too.” Dawn said. Xiaoling nodded and handed each drink to them.

“Hey, Xiaoling. What’s with the other stuff?” Ash asked. (hmmmm. Don’t you think Ash is the only one asking?)

“Oh, these are for our journey!” Xiaoling explained. “Oh.” Xiaoling nodded and drank her apple juice.

              -Time Skip. Again-

“Okay. Plan set. Time to go!” Xiaoling said.

“Yeah let’s go!” Ash shouted.

“Come on guys, we’re already getting out the door.” Dawn said. Ash and Xiaoling turned around and saw Dawn, Brock and Pikachu standing outside.

“AHH!!” Ash and Xiaoling shouted and ran out. “Hey! Wait for me.” They said together. (Xiaoling and Ash)

Together the group started going out. “Hey! Xiaoling!” a man’s voice called out. “Huff. Huff. Hi. Hope you’d enjoy being here.”

“Huh? Oh hi. Yeah, sure. WE had a great time here.” Xiaoling replied.

“That’s good.”

“Okay, but we must get going now. See ya!” Xiaoling said and exited. The group started heading off to the entrance of the café. Xiaoling looked back and waved.

“Good bye!!” Two ladies said. Then suddenly they grabbed (with rubber gloves) Pikachu off Ash’s shoulder and laughed in an evil manner. Then they ran off into the middle of the town. “Hey!” Ash shouted.

They tossed their fake clothes off and revealed Team Rocket with Meowth jumping in from nowhere.

“Arhh. Not them again!” The group shouted.

Prepare for Trouble! Jessie shouted.

And Make it Double! Another voice called out. It was James.

To protect the World From Devastation! Jessie said.

To Unite All Peoples Within Our Nation! James.

To Denounced the Evils of Truth and Love! Jessie

To Extend Our Reach to the Stars Above! James

JESSIE! Jessie

JAMES! James shouted smiling smugly. He then suddenly was holding a pure red rose.  (Again!)

Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light. Jessie

Surrender now, or prepare to fight! James

Meowth! That’s Right! Meowth

“Grrr. I’m not letting you have my Pikachu.” Ash shouted. “Starly. Aipon and Turtwig!” Ash shouted and threw his pokéballs onto the ground releasing his pokémons from their pokéball.

“Starly!” “Aipon!” “Turtwig!”

“HAhaha! Twirp! We got your Pikachu! And we’re gonna give it to our boss!” Jessie said.

“Starly-Huh?” Ash said.

An arm grabbed Xiaoling and raised her into the sky. “Hey, look it’s that brat Meilin.“  Meowth said.

“Arhh! Hey, Team Rocket! Put me back down on the. GROUND!” Xiaoling shouted. “Hey, guys, a little help here won’t hurt!”

“Sure but… how will we get you down?” Brock asked.

“Chimchar! Use flame wheel and cut that robot arm. Charizard catch the girl.” A voice shouted behind the robot. The person was a guy who wore a jacket with jeans. He looked around the age of 20. His pokémons came out and done as their master commanded. While Chimchar used flame wheel, the attack burnt the arm of Xiaoling. Charizard lowered down and landed on the ground. “Thanks guys for the help. Don’t worry Chimchar. You’d only burnt her slightly. Come on guys, return to your pokéballs.” The guys said and his pokémons returned to their place. “Hey, are you okay?”

“Arhh. Yeah. But if you ask my arm, it’s saying, “NO!!! I’m damn need of aid!” Or in other words I’m saying, “HELP! THIS BURNS!” Xiaoling shouted. “OWWW!!! But thanks anyways. Ow….”

“Hey! Someone help the girl with her arm I’m gonna beat this Team Rocket!” He shouted and ran in front of Team Rocket’s robot. “Hey kid, name’s Key. Yours? And is that your Pikachu?”

“Huh? My name’s Ash and that’s my Pikachu!” Ash replied. “Aipon! Fury Swipes!”Aipon stood in front of Team Rocket’s robot and jumped on to its head and used its attack fury swipes. The robot took a hit and took a step backwards to stop itself from falling.

“Haha! Twerp! You will lose this time.” Jessie shouted.

“I won’t lose my Pikachu to you, Team Rocket.” Ash shouted. “Pikachu! I will get you back!”

“PI-KA-CHUUUU!!!” Pikachu shouted as he used his attacks to get out of his glass container. (Opps. I forgot to tell you this but Team Rocket had put Pikachu in a small glass container)

“Don’t bother! It’s glass which means you can’t do anything to get out.” James shouted. “Ah hahahaha!”

“Yeah but there is a way to get out. By breaking it.” Key muttered.

“Okay! Starly, whirl wind (or some attack that will break or will make the glass fall and break so Pikachu cames out)” Ash shouted. Starly flew high and aim itself at the glass container and smash the glass, causing Pikachu to jump free.

“Noo! Why does that twerp always get Pikachu back?” James shouted. T^T

“JAMES! Come on, we’re not done with him! Arbok!” Jessie shouted and threw her pokéball.

James nodded.  “Weezing!” And James’ Weezing came out.

“Come on guys, let’s battle!” Ash shouted.

“Weezing, gas attack!” James shouted. His Weezing flew in front and dark clouds of gas came and surrounded them.

“*cough* Starly, whirl wind!” Ash shouted through coughs. His Starly came out and with its attack the gas went away.

“Fine it’s my turn. Arbok, Poison sting!” Jessie commanded.

“Aipom, scratch!” Ash shouted.

Together each Pokémon ran towards each other. Aipom dodged the attack and started scratching Arbok. Arbok fainted. “Grr. Arbok return!” Jessie shouted. 

“Okay, Pikachu! Thunder shock!”

“Pika.” Pikachu said. His cheeks had sparks. *nodding* “PI-KA-PI!” Pikachu shouted and the thunder shock hit Team Rocket, shocking them. Team Rocket flew across the sky. “Looks like Team Rocket is blasting off again!” Ting!

“Finally.” Dawn said.

“Yeah, but why does Team Rocket keep coming back.” Ash said.

“OWW! Arrhh! Can’t someone do something about this? Help!” Xiaoling screamed.

“Out of the way. OH, I heard your screams and saw you getting burnt. Hi my name is Kora, Kora Dai. Now show me your arm.”

Hmm. Same name. Hmmm. “Yeah sure.” Xiaoling showed her arm in pain. Kora took her arm and dabbed it with medical stuff. (yes me and Xiaoling don’t know names of many things.) She then did all these other stuff on Xiaoling’s arm. “There done.”

“Thanks. =___=’ But it still hurts.”

“Don’t worry it will heal soon.”

“I don’t care if it will heal soon, I just don’t want it to hurt.” Xiaoling muttered. Kora heard her and pretend she didn’t hear but showed she did.

“Hey. Sorry for that burn. My Chimchar didn’t mean to do that.” Key apologised.

“I don’t care, not to worry. I still have skin and I’m alive.” Xiaoling said blankly. Dawn came by and muttered. “Is this how you thank people?” Xiaoling shrugged. “Thanks, um…. Kora and Key.”

They both smiled and nodded. “Glad to help any little lotus.” I swear I’ve heard of that. Xiaoling thought. “Hey, Xiaoling! Are you okay? We better go because I have to get back to my training.” Ash shouted. Xiaoling nodded.

“Xiaoling? Xiaoling Dai?” Tonikey and Kora asked.

“Yes. So? Why does everyone know me and I like don't know anyone?”

“It-it must be you. My baby sister!”

“Look for-Arhh!” Xiaoling shouted.

Kora and Tonikey jumped and hugged Xiaoling. “Oh, I’m so sorry I left.” Kora said.

“Me too.” Key.

“Wait a minute. You’re my brother and sister?” Xiaoling asked. They nodded. “Gotta be joking. You guys suck! You left me! But this is all the past. Bye.”

“Wha? You’re not gonna cry or anything?” They said together.

“Nah. You guys aren’t special as you used to be.” Xiaoling shrugs.

“Hey, is Xiaoling rejecting her siblings?” Ash whispered to Dawn and Brock. They both shrugged in reply.
