remarks ;

The book is about a boy named Jinmbo and how his stomach got upset due to germs residing in the sauce of the fishballs he ate. The book is part of the Tito Dok Series of Luis Gatmaitan aiming to inform children about health in general. The author is trying to promote information using stories that children would like to listen to and read. What I like about this book is that it provides health lessons to children in such a way that they would not feel as if they are just being lectured. I would say that this book can be recommended to children around grade three, especially those who like to eat street foods. The way Gatmaitan personified the germs was amusing and Tejido delivered well in his illustration. if this book influenced me in any way, it is that I realized that almost anything can be taught using story books. As compared to other informational books, this story and the Tito Dok Series is a fun way to learn these things.
