The Biology teacher banged a ruler on the chalkboard and all the chatter died down. I furrowed your eyebrows, Are all teachers this mean these days?

"Welcome" He bellowed, "to Biology. Today, we will be blood typing and for the rest of the semester, we will be studying the anatomy of animals."

My eyes widened. I didn't expect such a small, petite, old, balding man to have such a big voice. It was like watching Lee develop his skills centuries ago. He started out as a wek newbie, but in the next year, he had developed major killing and hunting skills. It was incredible.

The teacher began passing out...what was it? Blood typing kits? Yes, blood typing kits. 

Instead of introducing himself, he introduced the materials in the little bags. Strange man. I thought. No, seriously. Who wouldn't introduce themself, but a blood typing kit?!

He went through the procedures of blood typing, "Okay, so class, you will take this," he held up a needle encased in opaque plastic, "and put it on the pad of your finger and push the button on the side. The needle will puncture your skin and it's just a little prick so don't be babies." He clicked the side button once to demonstrate and a sharp needle poked out and immediately went back in.

Some girls went pale. Among the group, I saw Charlotte and groaned inwardly. I was going to be stuck with her for the rest of the year...if Lee and the coven didn't find me first. 

The teacher continued on, "A small amount of blood will come out. Then take this," he held up a rectangular piece of glass, "and wipe your blood on it. Then we'll put it under the miscroscope after we type it so we can observe how the blood looks up close." he ignored the pale and whimpering girls. I rolled my eyes and sighed, Oh, the "popular kids."

 "You may now begin!" Boomed the teacher.

Momentarily, I forgot that I was human and that I had a blood type again so I just sat staring at my kit until Ren kicked me from under the table. "What's the matter? Being a baby?" He teased.

I rolled my eyes and scoffed jokingly. "No." 

His eyes glinted, "Then I dare you." He handed me the needle. 

Without giving it a second thought, I put the tip up against my index finger and clicked the button. I felt a small prick when the sharp needle punched a hole in my skin. My human skin. Surprisingly, it tickled. It didn't hurt. I looked over at the popular girls. They were asking the boys of their little group to do it for them.

I watched as one girl closed her eyes dramatically and let out a fake yelp when her boyfriend pushed the needle into her skin. She held her finger and "sobbed" into his shoulder. "DO YOUR WORK!" She jumped when the teacher slammed the ruler down on her desk. 

Her "crying" immediately stopped and the group of populars were silent for the rest of the class.

I rolled my eyes...again. Psh, IDIOTS.
