After half an hour or so, I knew almost every building and every trail on campus. Obviously, it was all thanks to my vampire memory and what not. Oh, the perks of being a vampire. I wondered, when I became fully human again and my vampire senses wore away, would I miss it?

Ren finally walked around to a lake of some sort. Girls were swarming the place in tank tops, short shorts, and flip flops. Most of the girls had their nails painted in nice summer colors too.

Turning my attention back to the lake, it was crystal clear and had a nice blue shade to it. The water shone and sparkled underneath the sunlight. Boats bobbed up and down in the water. 

VROOM! VROOM! 

Out of nowhere, the sound of motorboats were heard and girls started cheering like crazy. The one next to me practically screamed her lungs out and waved her hands in the air. "Kyle!" She screamed. "Kyle! Kyle! Ah!! Oh my God!" She turned to her blonde friend. "He looked at me!" Blondie just rolled her eyes and ignored her.

I could just picture the blood flowing through the screaming girl's veins. From her excitement, it would circulate extremely fast. It would be warmer than usual because she was jumping around. Looking at her outer appearance, she seemed pretty healthy, so she would've made a nice meal. Unconsciously, I licked my lips. Still stuck in my daydream, I was pulled back into reality when the crowd of girls started chanting together.

"KYLE! KEVIN! KRIS! AHHH!" The girls screamed and fangirled. What was so special about these guys? 

Unforunately for me, I soon found out. The sea of crazy, hysterical girls that belonged in mental hospitals parted and three guys walked down the aisle like runway models. Eventually, due to my confusion as to what was happening, I was the only one left. All the girls were at the side and I was the only one standing in the middle of the "models' aisle."

All eyes were on me now. Not knowing what else to do that wouldn't embarrass me, I just scanned them up and down, scoffed, and strutted off like I didn't care at all....which I did. 

From the next building away, I could hear the girls murmuring about me. Eh, who cares? I'll be out of this school in a couple of months, no? 

"That..." 

Pant.

"...Was"

Gasp.

"The Kings...."

Cough.

Slowly, I turned around. Ren was supporting his body with his hand against a tree trunk, gasping for breath. "Dang, woman, you go fast." He kneeled down and patted his shoulder. "Ren, you gotta get out of your little art studio and exercise more." He said to himself.

Ignoring his little comments, I sat down next to him. "Elaborate, please." I requested.

"What?" he looked at me, dumbfounded.

"I mean," I tried again, "Who are these kings you're talking about?" I made little air quotes around the word "kings".

"Kyle, Kevin, and Kris." Ren replied. He didn't even have to think about it. "You heard the girls. They're all crazy. They'd give anything to talk to them, let alone be one of their girlfriends. The blonde girl standing next to the girl you were standing next you, you know that one?" I nodded, recalling her as the one I named Blondie. "She's Kyle King's girlfriend."

"Wow..." I was astonished, "You guys even add the title "king" after their names?" Back in the 1800's, we'd use titles, but it was always before the name. Was it after now?

Ren shook his head and laughed, "No, of course not! Who uses king and queen these days? They're last name is King."

I inwardly chuckled and nodded in understanding, Oh Ren, if only you knew. 

Having caught his breath, Ren babbled on. "Before school starts, you should take your diagnosis test so they can place your classes." He instructed.

I nodded and bid hom goodbye. The sun was already setting. "So....have a nice day?" I wasn't really sure how to just end a conversation.

"Mhmm." Ren nodded in acknowledgment and ran off, probably back to the green house to collect his stuff.

"So..." I murmured to myself. "Blondie, three Kings, and a new girl that practically ruined her school year." I sighed. There was going to be a lot of drama this year for me.
